The Office of Religious Education is requesting that one person from each parish complete the survey below. If that person is not responsible for Adult Confirmation or RCIA, we ask that he or she gather the information from those who are responsible. As we may not be able to organize the celebrations according to the usual designated regions, please complete the information for your parish only. If your youth just celebrated Confirmation in the fall, please indicate "No" and "0" (# of candidates). For the Rite of Election, please only count the number of catechumens who will be prepared---do not include "candidates" who have already been baptized. Deadline to complete the survey is December 31st.
