The clergy, religious, seminarians, employees and volunteers serving in the Diocese of Worcester, its parishes, departments, agencies, schools, affiliated entities, board commissions and committees have a duty of loyalty and fiduciary responsibility to the Diocese. In matters related to their employment, ministerial function and volunteer activities, they are to act in the best interest of the Diocese and to refrain from activities in which a conflict of interest exists or may appear to exist. They are to disclose any such conflicts or appearances of conflicts and to make this Annual statement of compliance  with the Diocesan Conflict of Interest Policy which is BELOW:
